Short biography
Marko Ubovic was born 1983 in Belgrade, Serbia. With 12 years he moves with his mother to Basel, Switzerland, where he finishes second part of elementary school and high school. Also in Basel, he begins studies in Fine Arts but in 2008 he moves to Serbia where he continues his Bachelor and Master studies. Currently, he is studying a PhD programme in Fine Arts at the Academy of Arts, University of Novi Sad, where he also works as assistant professor at the New Media department.
Since 2007 he is a regular participant at exhibitions and festivals in Serbia and abroad. So far, he exhibited his works in 13 countries (Switzerland, Germany, Italy, USA, Montenegro, Serbia, Greece, China, Romania, Poland, Spain, France, the Netherlands).
